Appointment Cancellations Notice Period: You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.How to Cancel: Cancellations must be made by calling us at +91 98867 89866 or emailing info@heebawellness.com.Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked service fee.No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
2. Refund Policy Service Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.Prepaid Sessions/Packages: Refunds for unused prepaid sessions or packages are available within 7 days of purchase, minus a processing fee of 10%.Promotional Offers: Services purchased under discounts, promotions, or packages are non-refundable but may be transferable upon request and management approval.
3. Product Returns Eligibility: Products must be unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.Non-Returnable Items: Opened products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Delays or Cancellations by UsIn the rare case that Heeba Wellness must cancel your appointment or service, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
